Steering Group
The Steering Group determines the outline of the DutchDFA programme and sets the agenda for each operational year. The Steering Group consists of representatives of the participating professional and umbrella organisations in the three design sectors involved and a representative for the six Dutch creative cities (Amsterdam, Arnhem, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, The Hague and Utrecht), joined by observers representing the Dutch Ministries of Education, Culture and Science, of Economic Affairs, and of Foreign Affairs. The Steering Group meets every three months.

- Ole Bouman, Director of the Netherlands Architecture Institute (NAI)
- Matthijs Crietee, Deputy director of the Trade Association for fashion, interior design, carpets and textiles (MODINT)
- Christine van Gemert, Chairman of the Association of Dutch Interior Architects (BNI), founding director of Van Gemert Interior Architects,
- Rob Huisman, Director of the Association of Dutch Designers (BNO)
- Allard Jolles, Senior Advisor at Atelier Rijksbouwmeester
- Albert Matthijssen, Director City Development at Arnhem Municipality
- Els van der Plas, Director of the Dutch platform for Design and Fashion (Premsela)
