Debate: building together at NAI
Providing high-quality homes for the less affluent classes is one of the pressing tasks within spatial planning in China. This question is being investigated and placed on the agenda by ten architects, five Dutch and five Chinese, and a Chinese project developer in the context of the NAI Matchmaking programme. A debate on this topic, Building Together, takes place at NAI Rotterdam on 27 October.

What does the project actually entail? What results have been achieved so far? What have the participating architects encountered? How do they view the collaboration with the Chinese architects and the project developer? These are just some of the questions that will be addressed that evening. Speakers are Petar Zaklanovic & Diana Cruz (KCAP), Pieter Bannenberg (NL Architects), Floor Arons & Arnoud Gelauff (Arons & Gelauff Architects) en Michel Schreinemachers (NEXT) and others.
